Payment by bank card

This page describes the procedure for paying for a Questify subscription by bank card and the related technical terms. Payment is made in accordance with the terms of the Public Offer Товарищество с ограниченной ответственностью «Questify» (BIN 260440027206), section 4 of which (“Cost of services and payment procedure”) defines the essential terms of payment.
1. Accepted cards
The service accepts bank cards of the Visa and Mastercard international payment systems issued by banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other countries. The card must support online payments (including 3-D Secure technology for cardholder authentication).
2. Settlement currency
All prices on the questify.zone/pricing page are quoted and charged in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT). If the User’s card is issued in another currency, conversion is performed by the issuing bank at the rate effective on the transaction date. Any conversion fees are set by the issuing bank; ТОО «Questify» does not charge or reimburse such fees.
3. Payment provider
Payments are accepted through the secure payment gateway of Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC (the FreedomPay payment service), certified to the international PCI DSS security standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

4. Card data security
The User’s full bank card details (card number, expiry date, CVC code) are entered on the secure page of the payment provider and processed exclusively on its PCI DSS-certified infrastructure. ТОО «Questify» neither receives nor stores full card data.
After successful authorization, the Offeror receives from the payment provider only the technical information required to confirm the payment and provide the service: the masked card number (for example, 4400****1234), the amount, currency, transaction date, its status and the payment identifier in the FreedomPay system.
Data transfer between the User, the payment provider and the Service is protected using the TLS (HTTPS) protocol.
5. Payment procedure (step by step)
- On the /pricing page, the User selects a Plan and clicks the payment button.
- The User logs in or registers with the Service; upon registration the User accepts the terms of the Public Offer and the Privacy Policy.
- The Service creates a payment order and redirects the User to the secure page of the FreedomPay payment provider.
- The User enters their bank card details on the FreedomPay page.
- The card-issuing bank may request additional confirmation via 3-D Secure technology — a one-time code sent by SMS or push notification.
- After successful authorization, the payment provider sends a notification to the Service, and the Subscription is activated automatically within a few minutes.
- An electronic fiscal receipt is sent to the email address provided by the User upon registration with the Service.
6. Subscription activation time
The Subscription is activated automatically within a few minutes after the Offeror receives payment confirmation from the payment provider. The validity period of a monthly Subscription is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of activation.
Automatic subscription renewal is not provided — once the paid period expires, access to paid features is suspended and no new charge is made. Details are in section 4 of the Public Offer.
7. Payment documents
An electronic fiscal receipt is sent to the User at the email address specified in the Account. The receipt contains details of the purchase, the amount, the date and the seller’s details (ТОО «Questify», BIN 260440027206).
To request additional closing documents (invoice, certificate of services rendered, payment statement), contact support at help@questify.zone with the subject “Request for closing documents” and provide the payment date and the last 4 digits of the card.
8. Payment declines
If the payment failed, the reason may be:
- insufficient funds on the card;
- the card does not support online payments or 3-D Secure;
- the daily transaction limit set by the issuing bank has been exceeded;
- the card details were entered incorrectly;
- the card has expired;
- the issuing bank blocked the transaction on suspicion of fraud.
When a payment is declined, no funds are charged; if a hold was temporarily placed by the issuing bank, it is released automatically within a few business days. For questions about declined transactions, contact the bank that issued your card first.
9. Refunds
The terms and procedure for refunding funds paid are described in the Refund Rules. A refund is always made to the same bank card used for the payment, via FreedomPay.
